No publications. No TA Experience.

CGPA 3.84/4.00 - Top 10% of cohort - 1 international conference paper (TRBAM 2026) - IELTS 8.0 (L8.5 R8.5 W7.5 S7.0) - Undergrad university rank #1201-1400. "Unfortunately, the committee has decided that your qualifications do not fulfil these requirements, and we must therefore reject your application." My guess is that my no-name university and the course curriculum contributed to this. ETH makes you fill out a course content form where you describe every undergrad course and its content (relevant to their required courses).

Accepted for MSc Space Systems. 29.64/30 GPA from Università of Padova (Italy), some research (3 papers, 1 as author) and some personal projects. No GRE, ESOP rejected.

Friendly warning: ETH mostly admits students from Switzerland, particularly those with a bachelor’s from ETH or EPFL. (Unfortunately, I found out too late) If you’re not from there, I’d recommend don’t waste your money applying unless you’re wealthy enough, as other countries could be a much more cost-effective option, like the U.S. (By the way, hopefully, ETH was just my backup wish, and I got into top Ivy League programs with 4% acceptance rate!)
