Full scholarship from HKS (tuition, fees, insurance, etc.) I'm so glad I tried my best, despite doubts about my GPA, GRE scores and general experiences. I never imaged I could have achieve such unexpectedly stellar results but I did. Believe in yourself!

Another zoom chat with POI at 4th April. They had a meeting on Monday. POI reached out to me and they are able to extend an offer to me!

I spent 50 hours on this app. The requirements were 3 letters of reference, 7 essays, resume and portfolio. The essays were broken down into 5 for the program specifically and 2 for the GSD.

Unexpected call from Ed Glaeser this morning explaining that the previously received rejection notice was sent by mistake. Started saying how the department really hoped I would forgive them and still consider attending before shouting APRIL FOOLS!

TOEFL iBt 109/120. John F. Kennedy Sccholarship and Public Leadership Scholarship of 100% of direct costs

GRE quant score extremely low. 2.5 years work experience. Good LORs. Great essays, I suppose. Don't lose hope guys!!

I am delighted to share the news of my HKS acceptance. However, I was offered no financial aid and without it I cannot possibly bear the cost. What should I do? Now I have the following admits: 1. Cornell ($20k) 2. HKS - No financial aid

glad I tried!! was disappointed considering how much effort I put into the application and all my experiences with public policy, but it's a small program. congrats to those who got in!
