TTPB. When did you apply to the program for aerospace?

Was notified to check youSC for decision on application. No word from department on funding.

Was invited to all expenses paid graduate program visit by department chair. Was told they “were very impressed with your credentials”. Was told to set up one-on-one meetings with faculty to discuss potential opportunities? No official admit yet.

Currently an MS student in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering. Same lab for the Ph.D. program.

TTPB if you don't mind what area was it? Was there an interview and did you get an official rejection?

The professor I applied to study under didn't receive funding to support a new student so he was unable to offer me a PhD opportunity. Disappointing news, but perfectly understandable. Will keep my fingers crossed about masters program. Good luck to everyone else!

No interview. Area: Robotics/Machine Learning

Just wanted to join the bandwagon of Cornell Rejections :-) I've gotten into other top schools so we can only speculate. Lol!

TTBW: I agree. I got admissions from other good schools and I do not think my profile is such bad. I wonder who could be accepted. Area: controls.
