course based

TTP about research-based admissions: I plan on declining my offer tomorrow (just waiting on a potential scholarship result to be sure), so there should be at least one more admission coming.

Accepted. I had applied after the Priority 1 deadline and the interview was in March. But looks a very expensive university so would not go.

Got accepted today, pretty surprised due to my low test scores. Probably going to reject, got into better schools for computer science.

Rejected :(

Got a mail to check GSMS portal

To the applicants whose status changed to Admit in the GARS Portal - When did you folks receive the official admit letter through email?

Bad, but ok.

Applied on 30dec. Interviewed on 30th Jan. Havr No idea what took them so long.

I submitted my application in Jan, gave an interview on 10th March, still haven't heard anything from Columbia University. Congrats to the people who received the admit. Could anyone of you please kind enough to share your profile?

PMP

TTPB: May I know whether this is for Professional CS programs or thesis-based CS program?

TTBP : I know for a fact that there are people being accepted to the SFU MSc CS, and requires deposits before 29 Apr. As for me, I am still waiting as well. Let's see what happens early May.

Had to email them asking a status update, got a reply stating that I have been rejected.

Ttpb: I mailed them and the response was very generic, that the admission committee would make the decision when they do so.

Ucsd undergrad, not B.S.M.S. Emailed department regarding admissions results and was told to upload a new transcript with degree conferral information 2 days ago. Received email today at 12:18am.

Well, reconsidering my decision to get Masters with impending recession. Lets hear more from the college, before we can be sure about our decisions.
