For the Rutgers rejection, did you have an interview first? Please and thank you!

A few hours after being rejected by the Molecular Biosciences program, I received an email from the Rutgers Camden branch, encouraging me to extend my application to the MS or PhD program in the Center for Computational and Integrative Biology. Has this happened to anyone else?

"Your name has been placed on a waiting list."

It was a mass email I think, because it was not address to me specifically.

Just received an interview invitation email from POI: EK inviting me to virtually interview with Rutgers on 2/12.

interview happening early next week

Checked the portal, saw I was accepted. No email.

I have not heard back from Rutgers yet. I was told admission decisions would be sent the first week of February. One more week!

Anyone heard back from them after the initial interview?

To the question below: the email seemed like a mass email, being addressed to "applicant"; process seems to be involving individual and group interviews
