Accepted off of the waitlist. 3.3 CDSCAS GPA, 151 V, 144 Q, 4.5 writing

I was on the portal (application status) and under decision it said "Please Contact Admissions Office." I emailed the school and they replied to say I'm on the 2nd waitlist and they are waiting until April 16th to notify the waitlisted students if they can move up. Not sure why the status changed, but glad to know when we'll have more info.

Anyone create a FB page yet?

Got in off the waitlist!!!!!

Got a call yesterday from the admissions director telling me there's a spot that opened up if I want it. This was my top choice so I jumped on the offer. I've been in contact with the woman who called since getting on the waitlist and I think my persistent interest really helped. I was SO thrilled I was shaking the whole call!

CSAD GPA 4.0, did not attend for undergrad. Lucky I received an offer from another CSU.

When do students have to accept or reject their offer. I am on the wait listing list and would love a spot.

Truly could not care less about this rejection. Since applying I have learned that this program is pretty bad in terms of organization, opportunities provided and quality of education. I guess the paper application with no rec letters and only a paragraph statement should have been an indication that they’re a little behind. Wouldn’t go here if it was the only school I got into, to be honest!

To the poster below, I still have not heard either. I called them last Wednesday and they said all decisions would go out this week, but I still haven't heard anything. They also said if we haven't heard, our application is still under review.

What of when is the day that students have to accept or regret their offer ?

Post bac 4.0; fully bilingual plus 2 semesters of Spanish and ASL; works in healthcare; tons of anatomy tutoring experience. Truly surprised that I have been admitted since I don't have much in-field experience besides observation hours. Everybody has until April 19th 5pm PST to decide.

Happy to find out, but man was that a long wait!!!

I just want to let everyone know this program is not very organized. So, if you want a very structured program, this is not the one for you.
