Rejected from GSD, GSAPP, YSOA, Wash U. Competition is tougher than i thought!!

Emailed yesterday asking when to expect results. Generic email today saying to check website. Good luck to everyone else!

With 3.9/4.0 in structural engineering courses

Called them.

Emailed to inquire about admission status. They said I received an email on 2/28 but I never did. Checked admissions website and found decision.

Called and asked.

Just called them and said that they finished their review and will let every one know this week.

To the poster below: I called them and they said they had already finished the review process, and they rejected me upon my inquiry lol. If you haven't heard from them so far, it is not likely you will get a positive feedback.

Is it still sane to expect something from UC Berkeley?

Got a phone call the day after my skype interview. Bio undergrad with coding experience. 1 yr work experience in tech. 324 on GRE. 10 week part time UX bootcamp.

MS CS. No pubs. 1 internship.

To the person sharing funding info --- I got the same funding. 5k for first year, and then 2nd to 5th year 21k. Is this partial funding? Anybody else got higher funding?

To the person asking about funding earlier--I'm curious as well. For my first year, was offered 5k for first year + tuition and fees, then 2nd and on 21k + tuition and fees. Is this pretty low?

To the posters below: I have talked with a UC Berkeley professor, and he didn't even know about the M.S. Research Degree Program. It seems like this year they didn't consider the applicants for the M.S. program at all, favoring the P.h.D instead.
