TTPB who got an interview on Feb. 4 and who is interested in fluids. Can you share your profile if possible like publications, univ, etc if possible?

Heard back a couple of weeks after a video interview. I'm thrilled, UM is my dream school!

If there is anyone who is just looking at the posts by typing "caltech", you are not looking at the posts in its entirety. Make sure you type "california institute of technology" to see all the posts. I just realized it now.

Spoke to POI before application. Received unofficial notification from him that I had been accepted a week earlier as well

TTPB asking about UCSD- BS from top 10 school, one first author conference paper and one third author conference paper in field of interest (robotics).

Interviewed with PI in January, received letter for nomination of admission by department + financial info.

TTPB: I am interested in fluids.

TTPB: Do you mind sharing the name of your POI? Or could you discuss more in the Fall 2020 aerospace megathread?

TTPB: Can you disclose the name of your POI if you don't mind? or maybe just the field you are into. Just to know if we can have any hopes.

TTPB: I posted the interview for GALCIT. Both my POI and option representative took my interview.

Just received an admit from the school, no word about funding or other resources. I guess the department will reach out about that soon.

Did any of you guys apply to Prof. James F. Driscoll or Prof. Mirko Gamba? Did anyone hear from any of them? please let me know.

To the post below, even I am eagerly waiting to hear from Galcit. When do they usually post decisions? I send a mail to graduate office they said you will hear decision no later than 1st April. Please post your decision if anyone gets admit along with their profile if possible.

Did anyone receive an offer from Galcit yet? It is a bit weird that I don't see anyone posting the "acceptance" notification for the past 2 years. Also, please let us know if anyone received an interview request from Galcit.

Received email saying to check admissions website on Jan 28; offer letter was dated Jan 23. Accepted with Dean's Graduate Innovation Assistantship, plus AES Dept. Fellowship and stipend from advisor's research group.

To the poster below of UCLA. Did you had an interview before you got accepted. Also please share the timeline of the events happened.
