I have not seen any chemical engineering posts about acceptance/rejections. Has anyone from Chemical engineering program been accepted, especially those going for a masters degree?

Dont know what Ann Jack is trying to do to us, trying to kill us thats for sure. These people cant fucking decide is a huge disappointment. Its been 6 months. Thats half a year. If they cant decide in 6 months, I dont think they will ever be able do it ever, not correctly at least.

Ann Jack replied to my email asking about the decisions dates: "Good afternoon, All final decisions will be made by Mid-May. Our committee is still reviewing files, and we hope to have our decisions out by then. Thank you for your patience, Ann"

my status has been "in review" for over a month now, I don't feel like it's good sign for me...

Questionnaire or not Questionnaire, we are all in the same boat so hang in there and worry.

That awkward moment when everyone got a questionnaire to fill out but you didn't. Still in submitted state LOL. No one answers on the stupid application portal. Ann Jack is not responding anymore. It is past April end, I accepted another offer. Still have this small glimmer of hope.

I know a guy who got an offer from McGill on April 16 but rejected it to go to Concordia. Quite surreal lol. But hopefully that can free one spot which will most probably not be for us.... Anyone accepted any offer from other Canadian universities?

Let's hope all of us who have waited so long get an admit.

actually I guess it's not all bad for us that are still waiting for McGill, their procrastination of decisions must have forced some applicants to withdraw their application because they decided to go to another school, and statistically speaking, that would slightly increase the chance of us getting accepted...

Does anyone know if ANYBODY has been accepted?

TTPB: I still have not received anything from the McGill econ department. Honours Econ as well, could you tell me what is your average GPA in 250/350/450/468? If mine is lower than yours, I will expect to receive my rejection email soon then..

McGill has been least considerate about the students. This is sheer unprofessionalism on their part.

"If you have not heard from our Department, then your file will has not been considered." - What does this sentence even mean? Are they talking about the questionnaire which the department asked us to fill up around mid January? (Did they ask only selected students to answer those questions? I thought they asked every applicant) Or are they talking about interviews? Also, I had mailed "[email protected]" asking when they will let us know about their decisions, and I received the following reply on 18th April - "Good afternoon, All applications are still being reviewed, decisions will be made by the end of April. We thank you for your patience. Regards, Graduate Program Coordinator School of Computer Science | McGill University" How come the graduate program coordinator is now saying that they will approve files till May 21? I am very confused.

TTPB: "When did you receive this email?" => this morning at 10:46 Eastern Time, so needless to say it was very very confusing. Not only does the email contain grammatical mistakes, but it says a) that 5/21 is the last day to "approve files" (ie. accept students??) and b) that if we haven't heard from the Department, we haven't been accepted, which seems like a contradictory statement to me...

Received the following -- not really sure what it means. My uApply file is still in "Submitted" state. Anyone else receive something similar?
