To the poster below, I applied to UCI and have not been notified either. I have heard that interview is a likely sign of an acceptance, but based on previous years' results it seems as though they send out interview requests over a couple of days,

Has anyone heard back from this program yet? It has been far too silent on my end.

Haven't received an email yet, but I just checked the portal and had an acceptance letter waiting! No mention of funding yet. 2a/0w/5p

Has anyone received any notifs about this program? i've only seen two posts here where two people got phone interviews via email, but nothing for me so far? has anyone applied to UC irvine before and know their timeline? thanks! -kit

received email from program coordinator to chat with a professor

Wasn't my first choice, but still a bummer. Hoping for better results from other schools!

Interviewed with a POI in early January. Received an email saying my application was updated, had to refresh for over an hour before I could see my letter...

Got the dreaded email to check portal for status update. No updates were shown at first, but now the decision letter is there.

I haven't heard anything from the university yet.

The portal wrote “There is no update to your application status to report.” Am I rejected or wait listed? Quite confused! BTW I am an applicant from China with my highest degree in HK.

organic. Really surprised. Email saying portal was updated, and phone call on fridays from PI. Visitation day is 2/25, and 1-1 meetings are that weekend. 31k stipend offer.
