Informed that I was rejected after emailing DGS about my application status. recent funding issue was mentioned

They did not send any updates about my application (disregard the notification date I entered). Considering that there are entries about interviews/acceptions, it is safe to say I was rejected. Is it too hard to send an automated rejection message?

Heard that they only admit two students this year.

I received an unofficial notice from Robin Sherwood that I was rejected. I was told that I will receive a formal notification in the coming weeks.
