It izz what it izz

My application portal has also been changed. I can no longer see my old data and I have received no communication from USC after the waitlist. Anyone else?

No email, no notificaton. Checked their portal randomly and saw "denied". Finally received an application result after 6 months, moving on with my life. TTPB: It's okay bro, let's continue applying.

what Fall CS 2020 Plan are u talking about? And why will it affect admissions decisions?

Agreed, I am hoping that since the state just said it'd lay out a plan for some in person classes in the fall, that Columbia will finally make a decision this week. It's absolutely ridiculous that it is taking them this long...

It is freaking ridiculous that we are still waiting on Columbia to put out their Fall 2020 CS plan and to release their admissions decisions.

Is there anyone waitlisted who experienced application status reset without any notification from USC? I just logged in usc.liaisoncas.com and it asked me for copying previous application data. After copying it, all my previous application information was gone and I could not see my application status anymore.

I applied to the Mechanical Engineering program. At least those who applied to either the data science or computer science program received a notification that they have been wait listed. In my case they haven't bothered to even let me know if i'm wait listed or what the actual status of my application is. You guys would not believe, I've sent them 10 mails asking my status and surprisingly no constructive reply. I am so not recommending this uni to my juniors.

Am I the only applicant without a result??? Seems many of those waitlisted recieved their results till now.

BSc and MSc in Mathematics from top Canadian school. Did not send in a GRE. No fellowship.

Already accepted offer from San Jose State. Go Spartans!

Friends, I hate to say this but don't go to USC. My cousin went there for grad school and regretted it. You're basically paying for a 2 year vacation and free youtube tutorials for passing exams. I'll reject my offer too.

Finally heard something from USC. Already accepted offer from CMU.

Fuck this. Won't be paying close to $100K for presitge. I reject USC.

Will be asking for a refund and rejecting my offer. This is no way to treat applicants.

It's pretty devastating that I already accepted offer from a lower ranked school.

Accepted for Spring 2020.

Accepted but haven't heard back from the scholarships yet.
