Expected. Heartbreaking.

Don't know if this was expected. Area: ML/AI/Vision. EE Undergrad. 9.5 GPA. 1 MICCAI workshop paper. 3 strong recommendation. 2 papers under review. How competitive is it? Had contacted 2 profs who said my work was a good match with his lab.

Generic rejection. Well my 4th reject. I guess since its already April, anything now will probably be a reject.

Decent CGPA, LORs and SoP. No research experience though. 3.5 years of Work Experience in relevant field. This was my safe school, looks like no admit for me this season.

Email to check portal. Found generic rejection. Best of luck to all of you who are waiting

**Ignore Waitlist** I only see one post regarding an acceptance to the MS CS program. I saw on the program's website that "Offers of admission will be sent via email between late January and the end of March. Applicants not being offered admission will receive notification in April." I was wondering if there would be anyone else who is accepted to the MS CS program at UNC Chapel Hill. Thanks!

TTPB: Ph.D. decisions are already out. They had their candidate's day in March. At this point, it's mostly rejection. I have also applied to their Ph.D. program and haven't heard. I was holding out some hope for an MS admit, but it looks tough at this point.

Please ignore the notification type. Did anyone hear back from this program? I haven't and I wasn't wondering if there were any results out from the program.

Please ignore waitlist. Any idea if PhD CS decisions are out? I submitted my app on December 15, which I think was the early deadline. Are the decisions taking longer this year, on an average as compared to last?

Not Wl. TPB: Thanks for giving information of GRE. I have a question that is do you know what is TOEFL requirement for international students? I mean is 105 total and 24 in speaking enough for being admitted? Thanks.

TPB: I'm expecting my MS from a US institution so TOEFL is waived. My GRE score is q169+v157+3.5. Hope this helps.

To those who got offers but will not attend the program, please decline it to give me a chance:) I like this program very much, and I hope all of you can go to much better programs than me. If you decline it before the 4/15 ddl I will really appreciate.
