Ignore the status. Just wondering if anyone is receiving any interviews from this program, and if so, is it micro- or macro-? Thank you!

2nd and Final interview. Super excited, my top choice!

for the MIT/Harvard HST MEMP program

Have multiple research papers (3 published first author) in biomedical engineering and relevant clinical work experience. Contacted professors prior to interview who considered my profile strong. But was rejected without an interview call.

Email to check portal. A very difficult program to get in, was low-key expecting rejection. Still, it hurt to get rejected by your dream school.

Silent reject

Received an email from POI to schedule interview

email to interview for 15 minutes with two professors present. inorganic/materials

The waiting lists and acceptances were selected from the students who called for an interview, but I did not get an interview invitation. Therefore, it is an unofficial rejection. All interview invitations were sent out on 16th Dec, which has been the case for a few years. Good luck to those who got the invitation for interviews. :)
