GPA is grad. Political Science Subfield. Ah well, good luck to those who got in!

Sucks but honestly not too phased - was kinda kidding myself when I saw others get acceptances. Congrats all!

Expected this long time ago since I never got an interview.

IGNORE WAITLIST. Has anyone heard anything regarding the African Studies PhD yet?

Archaeology track; expected due to no interview request.

Email from PI, acceptance is officially approved by GSAS!!!

Dear Pr43g3rU poster, at this point, I'm almost sure you are dealing with a manic episode (among other things) and the outcome of rejections. I just want to tell you that I'm actually concern about you, please ask for help, and try your best to fix yourself before embarking in a PhD to avoid unwanted consequences. Yes, it's annoying, but it's also concerning. I hope from the bottom of my heart you find healthy ways to cope with rejections—best of luck.

Did not receive anything until now so assume a rejection. This is the craziest cycle I have seen, finding out that ppl even made up false acceptances to put stress on other applicants. Please everyone take care of yourselves physically and mentally and we shall survive this tough cycle eventually.

Ba&ma from Turkey. Rejected by Princeton, Brown, Toronto. It only takes one acceptance guys!!!

Email to view Application Status in Portal. Letter informing of rejection.

Informal notification from POIs. Cannot believe it myself. (This is a second post because I incorrectly posted the first time.)

informal email from POIs. Still in shock. Probably won't believe it until I see the official letter. Subfield: JPN lit/film

Email from chair. "very short waitlist"

IGNORE STATUS - anyone not hear anything yet? Is it safe to assume it's a rejection now? Or is there a chance for more spaces today?

2 years of research in solid-state circuits (EE), R1 university, no publications, 1 year of R&D work in industry. Really happy!
