Nothing on the portal, i received a generic rejection email. This was the 6th rejection out of 7 applications, if this didn't happen the last one standing won't either since it was a good fit, especially with the prospective advisor I chose. This sucks. But I really don't understand this process.

I'm the person below. So I emailed BU about whether I was still being considered for merit scholarship, or if I didn't succeed in the process. Got the following response: "As a part of the admission review process, you were considered for any aid, including assistantships. If you were awarded any, you would have been notified in your admissions email.". Super bummed out, guess BU is not for me then.

I thought this was a really good faculty fit. GPA is grad. Did not submit GRE. Drop-down isn't working, I'm American

Clear rejection message in the email. Hep-ex applicant.

Felt a little upset seeing the rejection, because the research of a professor at BU has always been inspiring my own work since I determined my interest in sociology. Congrats to whoever is admitted, and good luck to everyone!

Any disappointment is completely overshadowed by just finally receiving the rejection!!!

FINALLY the rejection came lfgggg

Generic rejection email. Good luck to others!

got an email today inviting me to an interview on March 23rd. Really surprised to get an interview this late in the game, but grateful!

Informal offer from Director. Absolutely buzzing. This is my top school.

Didn't expect this :(

I've just withdrawn the application, got a dominating offer.
