Call from program director - over the moon, my dream program

phone call from director as informal notif, email with notif and funding came about a week later.

I am surprised to be waitlisted by this program given that another more prestigious program accepted me. I have a strong writing sample and application package, though I do not have a Cinema Studies undergraduate degree.

Not waitisted. Unfortunately the DrPH track in Global Health & Humanitarian Systems is now undergoing changes and won't be accepting any students this year. So frustrating to have gone through the application and interview process for nothing. And won't even get my application fee refunded.

Email from program director. If you're planning to decline, please do so ASAP. This is my top choice! (GPA is MA)

I was interviewed in early February, has anyone else heard back or been given any info on when we will get notifications? During the interview, I was told "about a month."

Not an interview request - has anyone heard from Penn? I contacted the department last week and was told that decisions will come out soon, but they didn't disclose a specific notification date.

Received email this morning to check application status and was notified of acceptance. Currently communicating with Director of my specific department to inquire about financing options.

Received Fellowship but funding details not sent yet— UT undergrad alum
