Out of field applicant. Accepted with a half-GA.

Not surprised whatsoever. Don't really care either, it was a reach. I know im awesome and I got into my top 2 choices already. What really irks me is for those who did care about getting in here. I find it offensive to make acceptance calls and then wait two weeks if not more to send out the waitlists/rejects. Esp when the application wasn't cheap... I just personally think they could've at least made the decisions a little bit closer together. I can 100% see why some people were freaking out. I can't even imagine. Anyways, good luck to everyone and do not feel discouraged :)

GPA: 3.96 overall and 4.0 in CDIS major. My dream school so I'm really happy about this :)

EdSLP track

Med-track. 3.9 postbacc, but my undergraduate gpa from 10 years ago was very low. I'm so excited!

Med SLP track, lots of hospital and education experience, 3.8 CSD GPA

CSD GPA: 4.0, 3 years SLPa, lots of experience working with children with ASD

Ed track, 10 years child care experience, 3.98 last 90 credits. Dream school!!!

Actually stoked to still be in the running! This is a super competitive program. Congratulations to those were accepted :)

Really sad, went to UW for undergrad in speech and hearing sciences, took gap year and had worked as SLPA, lots of other relevant experiences. Was my top choice by far, one of many rejections though.
