Yea I'm hoping the same. Someone I originally talked to at SIS said we could ask for emailed decisions. But when I emailed, like I said, the only response I got was that decisions are still being made. If they had the time to write that, I think they would have said whether I was rejected or accepted because an admissions officer told me I could definitely have my decision via email. Let's hope it's not bad news! I was waitlisted at GWU's Elliot School, so I would just like a solid confirmation from AU :/

SIS emailed me back today, with a generic "we are still going through applications and making decisions. hopefully all decisions will be sent out by the end of the month via mail" In a way though I kind of feel as though thus far no one has been rejected, only accepted.. could this be a bad sign for those of us waiting? Everyone seemed to hear back on acceptances around 3/16-3/20.

After reading these messages and not getting a letter, I called SIS yesterday. I submitted my app early Jan, they said I should have heard back by now. I asked if I could have a decision by email, they said I could email but it's more likely for me to get a decision via mail than for someone there to reply to my email, as they are backed up.

Listen, don't worry. It's not over til it's over. If it makes you feel better- despite the fact that I can see that, I still think it's a fluke because I've emailed them twice, with no response back, and I checked my mail twice, still no letter. :/

To both: First person: I just emailed SIS so hopefully I get a response back as quickly as you! Congratulations on getting in :D Second person, the area we're talking about is under "Event Registration" - it'll say SIS Grad Day or something along those lines- and then show you all the cities, and where, what time and date the receptions are located and you can click "register now" and it'll send you a confirmation email back. It'll then show up in your Events section once you're registered. Good luck!

To the person below me- thanks for responding- I'm glad I'm not the only one! at least you got an email saying it was sent. I called and they gave me some cryptic response like, some have been sent, some are still being sent.. and to wait it out. I keep hoping the fact that we had to enter our screennames and passwords and see the SIS Grad Day event in our Events means something. .

I haven't gotten an official letter, and when I emailed for to receive my emailed decision (I was abroad for two weeks) I got nothing- but I CAN register online for the admitted students reception when I go into my online portal- I registered for the NYC one and got a confirmation email back. Does anyone know if that's a clear indicator that I got in? I tried calling but they won't give me my decision via phone and it seems as though pretty much everyone received official letters by now, whether rejected or accepted..
