She called me and told me I was in! I'm very excited! 1a/0w/2r (2 pending)

Second wait list today. 0a/2w/0r/9p

Received an email directing me to the application portal to check my status--generic acceptance letter from the graduate school, with additional info apparently forthcoming.

!!!

Absolutely elated. After the rejection from Syracuse, I was starting to doubt I’d get a fully-funded offer. So so happy and grateful right now (and surprised at the timing— after the email from UNM yesterday, I thought I wouldn’t hear for another 2 weeks).

Phone call from Sabina Murray. Grateful / in shock / feel so blessed!

Hello, for those of you who have been accepted via phone - did the number show when the school called? I received a long mute message from a Private Number and I of course am driving myself crazy now. Thank you!

Nice note from David Bajo saying that I was very high on the waitlist but he couldn't deliver more definitive news or handicap my odds.

To the person below who inquired about Michener, I did see the pattern that their first set of notifications are sent out about last week in January/first week in February. My status in the portal says "in progress". But won't be surprised if we do get that scary email next week.

Has anyone heard anything yet? They seem behind from last year.

Canadian. Two books published, multiple awards/award noms. No info about funding yet.

Short note saying that I was very high on their waitlist :)

Got an email from the program director. I should here more about the financial award soon. 1a/0r/12p

Email to interview, on the shortlist for acceptance. Woohoo!

Accepted into Phase II.
