Received a very kind email and official letter by the graduate director. Let me know of my waitlist status and offered to set up a meeting to discuss in more detail.

Received an email! Waitlisted due to high volume of other medievalists also applying in the same area. I know it’s rough out here for us in our area right now but pleaseeee someone leave a space for another student like me lol 3a/1w/0r/1p.

Very nice phone call! 0a/0r/4w/1p

Waitlisted, but this is my top department. If you have accepted another offer, please consider declining here soon. My fiancé was accepted to another program at OSU, and we would really like to attend the same institution.

Waitlisted in mid-January for Literary Studies. If you have accepted another offer, please decline this one.

if you are starting to know you aren’t going to go, please don’t forget to notify them! this is my big shot unfortunately

please decline if you have better options, and soon.

Excited, elated and grateful!

Received a call from the dgs of AfAm Studies (I applied for the dual English/AfAm PhD) - so exciting! Crossing my fingers I get a spot. Best of luck to everyone!!
