It was my worst interview performance. Area: ML

Did anyone get admitted to the Reinforcement Learning Ph.D. program?

UCSD TTBP: Which area (systems, ML, theory etc.) and which PI?

I applied by the early deadline and was admitted to the Scientists and Engineers program. My undergrad background was in math and economics, but I took additional computer science coursework post-graduation.

TTPB, Congratulations! Can you tell me if you got the acceptance email from the supervisor or officially from department ?

NLP, contacted by POI

MIT undergrad, did research with the prof. Area: ML

Interview request by email from POI.

Emailed POI after submitting my application. Got an email today from a POI saying they've already read my application, and arranged an interview for next week. (field: PL)

I have also heard that there is a dramatic increase in the number of applications this year--finger crossed!

TTPB: I was told by a Umass professor in late December that the acceptances would be sent starting from mid January to some time in April. I think they send out acceptance on a rolling base. I am still waiting. It's a very good program and the first few acceptances must have been sent to the stellar students.

application under review and no interview. I don't get how a lot of people have already got their acceptance when the website says from Jan 15. GradCafe should ask for proof before letting anyone put fake stuff

Interview with professor mentioned in SOP

Unofficial accept from POI after interview. No pubs. Area: Theory

Application under review. Haven't received any emails for an interview yet. Anyone else in the same boat?
