I submitted the application in late Jan. Didn't receive any message since then. And the portal kept saying "Awaiting transcript". I emailed them once and they confirmed that they have received my transcripts. I assume they haven't started the reviewing process? Two weeks ago, it finally showed received my transcripts and I got an email earlier this week asking me to register for a UF student account. Got the admission letter via email the next day.

To the poster below, I'm in the same boat! I was waitlisted on April 6th and still have yet to hear any update...I know some places won't let us know until the week before classes, but I'm hopeful we can all hear back before then!

Has anyone heard back from UCF's waitlist? I received an email April 6th saying I was waitlisted and I accepted being on the waitlist but yet to hear back. I'm not sure if they are at capacity or not. Wish they would give an update.

Got unofficial notification via mail. Yet to receive official letter. Hence, don't know the type of funding yet.

Waitlisted back in Feb, they just got back with the rejection letter. Already committed to another school :)

Has anyone on the waitlist heard anything back this week? The last email I received said they would send more offers out this week depending on enrollment.

Asked grad co about admission status. Replied in negative.

Was not even surprised when I saw the rejection. Horrible communication between applicants, even if I was accepted I would not have even gone.

admit, phd at ucf, for crcv lab. getting ORC Doctoral Fellowship worth 25K per year, and also includes all tuitions and health insurance. btech nsit, 7.8 gpa, 2 patents, 3 papers, 1 nips submission, 1 other paper in progress at iit roorkee. 3 years at samsung research.

To the poster below, I am in the same boat! I am hoping that we hear from them soon now that the April 15 decision deadline from the first round of admission offers is past.

Still have no heard anything from UCF. I reached out and was told first round acceptances and waitlist have been sent out. Anyone else in the same boat?
