All the best to the ones waiting. Yeah, it says 'cancelled' for all my reference letters

Good luck to those waiting. To the others who got a rejection. Does it say 'cancelled' in front of all your reference letters?

Email to check portal for a "significant decision". Good luck to everyone else!

email to check the portal. good luck to the rest

TTPB: that means they are probably not yet certain of if they should give you a rej or not, ur probably waitlisted and there's probably a chance of accept (let's hope for the best, it also ends up with a few accepts here for the past few years)

Why would they not release all the rejections together? My status is still "In review". Is this some sort of a cruel joke?

Just received a mail... after a loooong wait!!! At this point was expecting reject only..

Fellas, we are breaking the record of the latest decisions received ever!

People getting rejections, what is the method of notification?

it's happening.... finally

to whoever that wants to pursue ML/AI and have applied CS F19, maybe we have been taking the wrong route here. I just checked their Center for Intelligent Machines (CIM) web page and most of the faculty are actually from the ECE department, and of course, then I found there's this "Intelligent systems" track for ECE (https://mcgill.ca/ece/research/intelligentsystems) which does all the AI stuff. The winter semester is available for ECE and the application ddl is Aug 1. I think we could take a shot at it.

I doubt if there are any admits remaining, probably there are only rejections left. God knows what the department is finalising.

I think the rejections for Phd have started. Brace yourselves masters students.

Email to check status.

Got a mail from Graduate Program Coordinator - "The results will be finalized by the end of the week."

oh god, finally! they start sending out rejections
