To the question about the acceptance I posted earlier: Thank you! I got an interview from early December for Jan 10. I just got accepted a week after interview.

Was invited to attend their recruitment weekend March 6-8. So excited, one of my top schools!

Rejected for CRA but direct acceptance to the Community Development and Action Masters program.

Physical chemistry undergraduate at a little known state school. REU and 2.5 years of part-time undergrad research.

No GRE, two years post undergrad as a tech, no publications

I did not submit my GRE. Got a phone call (if its from Nashville, answer it!) and received an email immediately after from the program manager with an invite to interview. I have 3 years of research experience and 3 publications when I applied.

3 pubs, 1 in prep. 2 yrs in a lab.

High GPA at a state school not known for its research. Two publications, three research experiences, 8+ talks and posters.
