Waitlisted for their MA program, but will be declining soon as I have been offered an acceptance to another school. They were not the best fit (as I wanted to study film specifically), but pleasantly surprised nonetheless at this.

Never thought I would be happy to get waitlisted as I thought I wasn't going to get in anywhere this cycle. If you got accepted and aren't taking the offer PLEASE let them know as soon as possible! I would love to accept.

Email from the department with acceptance letter!

Email from Prof Gliboff that my app was still under consideration and I was on the unofficial waitlist for their single fellowship (the program is only able to admit one student this year) and asking if I was still interested in the program.

I also received an email about the virtual visit. People I have talked to said it is "a good sign" but they have not had final decisions made and want to see how you interact with the faculty/current students and its a chance for us to see if we like them! Not acceptances yet

I'm also invited to visit day. But I don't think I receive the offer letter? Could anyone tell me what happened?

Unofficial acceptance came via email 2 days before official acceptance.

Admitted. Waiting on funding options.

3A/2W/2R - Received an email that states they have only one fellowship available due to limited funding. It is not clear if this means only one more space (there is a previously reported acceptance here).

Rejected. Applied to complex systems and networks track.

Emailed asking if I'm still interested, assuming they are about to make me an offer but already accepted elsewhere better.

Invited to virtual visit

IU gave me my first admission offer. Super appreciated! I will wait for other schools' decision and decide later!
