Received an email from the chair of admissions (a0/w2/r18/p1)

"The faculty are recommending you for admission to the MLIS program for Fall 2023 to UCLA Division of Graduate Education. You will be receiving your letter from the Department next week, but I wanted to share this good news with you. We hope you will join us for study in the Fall term."

"I am writing today to update you on the status of your application to the Philosophy Graduate Program at UCLA. The Admissions Committee read your materials with interest, but I regret to say that we will not be able to offer you a place in our program this year. Many factors enter into our admissions decisions, and this was a particularly competitive year. I hope that you will make a success of your graduate work and that you will accept my best wishes for your future. Sincerely, Calvin Normore Professor and Chair of Admissions Department of Philosophy, UCLA" 0a/2w/17r/3p
