first class honors, t7-8 UK university, exchange year at UC Berkeley, 1 research internship, 1 quant internship at a small lesser-known hedge fund, applied to the general track. undergrad in mathematics with finance. Graduated in 3 years. Little to no research experience during undergrad.

Extremely thankful for the admission. Struggled through Physics/Economics/Math major classes in UG, found passion for Statistics and completed the major in my final year with ~3.9 GPA. 1 year experience as a RA but no original research. My advice for others reading this is to have a clear purpose for what you want to do in the program when applying - (if applicable) write about the struggles you have taken to overcome them and how the program will specifically help you continue to achieve those goals.
