bachelor's degree in US (top 20), MS outside of US, no GRE, no pub, have research experience

Masters in Applied Math, some drafts in preparation, no GRE

Got notified that I didn't make the first round of offers and that my status depends on the amount of people taking the offers. Congratulations to those who got accepted. If you have decided not to attend UMD please do me a huge favor by notifying the department at your earliest convenience. I truly appreciate it.

The GPA is for the master's degree. I received strong encouragement to apply. I was disappointed; it was my dream school. :(

Received unofficial email from the director (Prof. Cunningham). Interviewed about two weeks ago. Connection with one of the prof in my SOP and a few publications.

Checked portal randomly... Still can't believe it!

MASTER GPA 3.8

I thought I would be on the shortlist. Sad.

Ask if I want to transfer to the application of Master Program.

Expected.
