Canadian student. Did not receive interview.

I had an interview on 17th March. POI selected me on 19th March. My application is under review by the department from 25th March. Is there any body who receive admission letter from McGill Human Genetics Department for Ph.D thesis base program??

Accepted today with a full tuition fee grant.

@TTPB: I attended the interview 1/29-1/30. On Monday I got an unofficial email and then the next day I got an email to check my portal and it was the official offer

@TTPB did you get an interview call and attend interviews? I haven't heard anything from them!

it took a long time but they finally responded and I got accepted!

Admissible to the program and can start contacting supervisors. But to be honest, not many PIs are taking students this year.

International student. Bio (3.90) & Math (4.00) double major. Two research experiences, the longer one in the bio department (a year and a half) and the shorter one on bio-math topics. At least two LORs.

2 masters degrees, TA and Adjunct Professor experience, industry experience, 3+ years research experience, GRE waived for covid this year, super bummed..

Has anyone asked the admissions about the exact date of releasing the decisions?

Any student offered admission to MMG that is not planning on joining the program please turn it down. I have been holding my second choice hostage for more than month! Does not feel good at all.
