Portal changed today, 2/15. Not sure at what time, but I checked yesterday and it looked different. It was previously 2 diff paragraphs with "Your application has been submitted and sent to the department for review. Applications will be reviewed after the deadline...." but now it is just that it has been submitted and under review. Anyone also have these changes and know what it means? | ||||
