PhD to MS process. Dear applicant, Please note that the review for admissions to our MS program is currently underway. Those who indicated an interest to be considered for the MS program will be reviewed on a space availability basis. Therefore, not all of the applicants can be considered. This year, the applicant pool has been extremely competitive. The decision might be made as late as August 2015. If you have other options, we highly recommend that you exercise one of those options.
