I called and received a kind personal email response. My application is still active, but they have already notified accepted and waitlisted candidates, so it's very unlikely my status would change. I suppose you could say I'm on the waitlist list for the waitlist. So if you haven't heard from them, you might be in this same position (99% probably rejected).

Emailed the department asking for a status update and received a pretty standard email rejection.

Interviewed earlier in the week and got a phone call 3 days later from Josh Henkin with the acceptance. Extremely smooth and personal process!

Ignore interview. Did you anyone get rejections from them? I got an encouraging reply to my application status query, asking me to wait. Not sure if I'm on the waitlist or what.

Was on the waitlist

I am an applicant who is currently in an MFA high residency program. The rejection of Feb 2, 2023 is an apx date.

Date of rejection is apx Feb 9th.

The date in which I was rejected is apx. Feb 16th or somewhere in there.

Short letter in the mail. Not surprised, but I'm down to a waitlist and 3 pending now... 0a/1w/8r/3p

Ignore interview. Did anyone hear back from them for PhD in fiction track? I see some MFAs got acceptance and rejection. But didn't see anything about PhD.

Email to check portal; also included funding info.

Impersonal typed letter from LSC, dated March 3. Ladies and gentleman, that's a wrap! 6a/1w/3r/0p

Received an email early this morning. Didn't get any details in the acceptance letter if I would be funded, so I emailed and was told I was waitlisted for funding. 3a/7r/5p.
