9 applications, 3r, 0a, 0w. Hoping to get into a different program anyway but yikes.

Expected. Hang in there, everyone! 1a/3r/6p

Has anyone been accepted to New Writers Project? I saw that a bunch of waitlists and rejections went out yesterday but I didn't get an e-mail and my status on the portal still says "In review." Not sure what, if anything, that might mean.

Poster below: My GRE scores are what's considered average. I haven't seen anyone else post about it so maybe they're still in the process of reviewing? The window of time to submit is pretty broad.

Very nice phone call offering acceptance with official letter to come--no offer of funding yet. Fingers crossed!

2a/1r/0w/4prnfunding to come late march--I do not anticipate it to be enough for me to accept this offer, but am open to it.

To the poster below: did you score highly on the GRE? My writing score was 5 but the rest are average or below. Sorry, I don't mean to be annoying or invasive, I'm concerned since I don't have prior teaching experience and my low verbal score could ruin it. Congratulations on getting funding!

The rejections continue today. 0a/0w/3r/9p

0a/3r/7p - email went to spam, was surprised it didn't crush me

How do we know all acceptances for Fiction had been sent out? Only few acceptances were posted.

Pretty much already committed to another program, but this one's exciting. 2a/1r/1w/5p

To the posters below: If acceptances have gone out already, and I received no word, then I am 100% expecting a rejection. They just need to click a few buttons and send them out, so I wish they would stab my heart sooner than later.

To the poster below in regards to GRE score: I was confused too - the website says the scores are not required for admission, but are required if you are enrolling. They emailed me about the scores a week before I got my acceptance, so my best guess is that they wanted to get the process started before sending the acceptance letter.

I saw it on their application status, it's the first result I got now but surprisingly I don't feel much because the reason is because one of my teachers didn't upload his recommendation letter... So at least it was not that the short I wrote is not good enough...

Fourth response in 2 days. Just happened to check my application status to find my decision available. Form rejection. 2a/0w/3r/8p
