Full funding! So excited :)

TTPB: Did you get an email from the director without asking about your status? I recently asked the director and was told that I am in the top quarter of the applicants.

TTPB: human geography. more specifically, adaptation to climate change

Among those who have been admitted, has anyone declined the offer?

Received an offer to interview. Hoping good things. Congrats to all!

Not my first choice so not really upset about it. I'll be releasing my waitlist spot so maybe others who want to go can be moved up on the waitlist! Congrats and good luck to everyone!!

Was told I am on High-Wait list. If anyone plans to decline offer please please do so as soon as you can. This is my top choice :(

Did anyone who was admitted receive notification of funding? I haven't heard anything.

TTPB: Congrats on your acceptance! Would you mind sharing which geography sub-field your are? Thanks!

Accepted with full funding offer. One of my top choices. Super excited!

The French dept. at Rutgers seems personable and down-to-earth, judging from my emails with them.

Thank you for your interest in the Graduate Program in Economics. I am sorry to inform you that the Admissions Committee, which reviewed your application and credentials, did not recommend admission. Graduate programs at Rutgers receive applications from many outstanding candidates. Space availability, limited faculty resources, and competition among well qualified applicants prevent programs from offering admission to all who seek it, even among many who meet or exceed expected requirements. Please know that your application and supporting credentials were closely and carefully read by the Committee. Admission decisions are difficult both for Committee members, who must carefully review applications to admit the best possible candidates, and applicants who anxiously await notification. I regret having to convey this disappointing news, but genuinely wish you every success in accomplishing your goals. Sincerely, Linda Costa Director Graduate and Professional Admissions

Very excited because this was my 1st choice. Email sent this morning, financial packages to come later. It was a tough year to apply, good luck!

TPB: No they did not
