second time being rejected from UT, such is life

They weren't kidding about the late email hours! Congratulations to everyone who got in!

This was by far the repugnant letter I’ve ever received. I’m grateful for the denial now that I think about it

Applied for creative writing - fiction track. GPA from MFA. Email to check portal, polite but generic rejection letter.

Worst rejection letter yet lmao

Received an email to check the portal. GPA is undergrad; no MA. Please, if you've been accepted somewhere else and don't need your offer at WUSTL, let them know as soon as you can. Please help a girl out!!! This cycle has been really depressing.

One-sentence rejection -- well worth the application fee. GPA is undergrad.

Saw the rejections here and checked the portal.

"Your application has been reviewed, and the committee has denied admission." The worst rejection ever...

Joining those who had to check the portal only to find the worst rejection message. 1a/0w/0i/7r/3p

Checked the portal to find the infamous one-sentence rejection. No email, but I wasn't expecting to get one since the platform never sent out any automated notifications (I even reached out to the IT team back then and they replied that's how it normally works). Not the faculty's fault, though. Just be aware if you are applying next season!
