Trying not to feel down about this, since I have acceptances to other really good programs, but I've loved this program so much and just really hoped this would be the year.

Very nice form letter.

nice email. says they only took four in fiction this year. 0a/0w/5r. i've got two more results to go but i'm letting all of y'all know i plan on climbing out of this dark fucking pit with blood under my fingernails and a desire to outwrite every single person who got a spot in every program that rejected me. you better buck up and be on your best game because i'm coming for all of your backsides. if i don't get in this year, y'all better be afraid. that's a year of me grinding with a righteous passion. a year of you living my dream while i tear flesh with my teeth and stack literary bodies to get that seat next to you. you better start quaking if these next two are rejections. i will put you on your tippy toes.

Very kind email.

Emailed I was recommended for admission. Very excited!

has anyone heard back from unlv for fiction?

Was just taken off of the waitlist!

Does anyone know if fiction applicants have been notified of acceptances/rejections? Or when they will be?

Does anyone know if fiction applicants have been notified of acceptances? // When they will be?

Email that I'm on the wait list. Said they most likely will send an update late March early April. If you're on the wait list I recommend checking in with them late March. I got the same decision last year and had to reach out to them early May because I hadn't heard back.

In off the waitlist. Going into today I had zero acceptances and was waitlisted at three schools...feels so good to be accepted to at least one! 1a/2w/2r/7p

So happy! No funding news yet.

Very nice and personal email. Partial funding (approximately half of tuition paid plus around 4000 stipend plus 2000 sign up bonus).
