Got some funding. 5000/semster. Love this school. Still waiting for other schools' responses.

Thanks for your reply. I am also applying for the PhD in environmental engineering. I have already received other offers, so I hope we can receive the result from Waterloo soon. Would you mind sharing if Waterloo is your first choice? Who are you expecting to work with at Waterloo?

To the poster below: I indeed receive a call from POI and he said that he would push for admittance. Official letter would be out in around three weeks. Yet I guess that Stanford Civil doesn't handle the applications all at once (like some other schools do), so just hang in there! You all would be good!
