I got accepted. But they just received 1 of my 3 recommendation letters. I have to make up the rest of 2.

All US universities are fraud, they are using luring students with a hope of providing education, actually underneath they are using underprivileged people for making money out of a hefty amount of Admission Fee. They will use so welcoming phrases like they provide a holistic review, in reality I doubt if they actually read any of the documents. They are more inclining to accept American students now. Don't Apply in US universities anymore if you don't want to waste money.

Direct interview from professor.

1 first-author ICLR and 1 first-author ICML. MS from a top European institution. Research fit was strong, and was encouraged to apply by the PI, but there was no interview. PhD admissions are insanely competitive right now!!

International student, undergrad CGPA 8.3/10 Scholaro 3.6, IELTS 8, 1 Unpublished RP, No GRE, 1+YOE.
