To those who have applied for PhD at Berkeley and are international students holding a bachelors degree in the U.S., has the department emailed any of you to submit a copy of your B.S. diploma ? I received an email from the department on Feb 1 asking me to submit the document and was wondering if this was a requirement for all international students including those who hold their B.S. and M.S. degrees in the U.S.
