Checked the portal around an hour ago and noticed that my checklist had disappeared. Reddit says the status change does not imply anything, so I didn't really have a high expectation especially since I didn't even get an interview. Know that this is a brutal year for PhD applicants. Congrats to all the admitted people tho!

Rejected without interview. Was a bit suprised since I considered my field of research to be a very close fit. Extremely competitive program, dozens of applicants only 3-5 intakes. Might try again next year.
