Has anyone checked with LTI regarding when to expect MIIS decisions, as I believe only a few admits have been ruled out until now?

Rejected from MS AII. A little disappointed with this result. I have 2 publications, one research internship, two internshisp at Fortune 500 companies and have good projects relevant to my field. Belong to a Tier 3 university, but have strong LORs and a strong SOP. With only 30 seats open for this application season, I guess it was a moonshot. Congratulations to those admitted and best of luck to the rest!

I'm pretty sure everyone got that under review mail. These Columbia folks keep spamming everyone with their promotional emails; driving up everyone's anxiety! They probably ended up getting a lot of mails for a status update that they had to send this mail out. :P

Rejected for MS CS and was admitted to MS Cyber Security instead.

TTPB: I also received the “under review” email. Not sure what it signifies.

Hi all, Did anyone receive a mail notification like this Thank you for submitting your application to Columbia Engineering's Computer Science Master of Science program! ...... Your application is currently under review. I submitted my application on Jan 15th but completed the video interview on 16th. Am I considered in round 1 or round 2 deadline? Wanted to know when did others receive a mail like this? I am from India.

I had received a message and they inform me that they have rejected me. This is the message that they sent: "Thank you for applying to Princeton University's Graduate School for the 2021-22 academic year. While I assure you that the materials you submitted were carefully reviewed by the faculty in the Department of Computer Science, I regret to inform you that the department did not recommend your admission for the coming academic year. The number of admission offers available at Princeton for entering graduate students is extremely limited, and we cannot offer admission to all applicants who are well qualified. Indeed, many departments consistently have applicants who would be admitted without hesitation if additional resources were available. Our decisions take into account not only the applicants' merits but also the suitability of the programs to the candidates' expressed interests. Our goal is to achieve a sound match between the strengths of our programs and the interests of the relatively small number of outstanding students that can be accommodated. Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications which we receive, it is not possible for the department or the Graduate School to go back and review applications to justify the denial or offer advice on fortifying a future application. Note that I've one conference publication, two masters degree, both master with high GPA, not good GPA for undergraduate, area: Theory. one year experience in teaching, I wish that the other school accepted me.
