denied , whats wrong with texas A&M

I don't understand why I got rejected here when I got accepted to better schools. GRE: 580/800 (V) 800/800 (Q) GPA (undergrad): 3.8/4 GPA (masters): 4/4 4 years of working experiences

The websites shows the decision has been made, the result will be sent by postal mail. While an email from ISS about the financial certificate has been sent to me which let me know that I've been accepted.

AIS said a decision was made, mailed and found out.

asked for application status and was told the rejection

E-mailed them for status: "Thank You. I am sorry but your application was denied due to not being as competitive as others In the area that you applied."

I sent email to ask the decision and the secretary told me my application was denied.
