Have any poetry folks heard back about from the University of New Mexico?

Received a letter from the Grad Studies saying I was accepted but no word from the program itself. Looks like people are waiting to hear about funding for fiction so I'm hoping for the same for poetry. Round two for applications and very happy to be accepted this time. 1a/3r/3p

Nice email.

I hadn't heard from them, so I emailed the program assistant. She forwarded me a form letter from the director and confirmed that all accepted applicants had been notified. My application status still just says "submitted" and I never received a notification. So if you haven't heard back from them, I think it's a no. Congrats to those that were admitted!

Poster below: I did send an email inquiring before I heard back. Sent the initial email to Professor McCombs who is the program director.

Oh well, odds were low. 8a/1w/7r/2p

I emailed the program director and he replied a little later saying I'm on a short waitlist and there's a good chance I'll be accepted in the coming weeks. EEE!

Inquired about my status and they replied promptly with a sweet form rejection.

First rejection, last choice school. I'd prefer getting in but silver lining is now I don't have to live in Charlottesville 3a/1w/1r/2p

Congrats to those who got in! Updated the documents in the MFA Draft '19 Facebook page. 2a/7r/2w/2p

I check the online app and the decision changed from something like "application ready for review" to " Grad Studies Formal Admit" and now has a button to "confirm intent to enroll". No word from the school or program though. Any ideas? I'm thinking maybe just processed by Grad Studies in general. I don't want to get my hopes up over here.
