Got the email at 10:29 a.m., today, 3/26.

I just checked the portal around the end of business hours and was notified I was put on the waiting list. Good luck everyone!

Great program, but I am turning down my offer at Florida State. Expect some waitlist movement soon!

I've already accepted a different program, but rejection is never fun :(

Will likely be declining but hooray! Don't have any particular feelings about shrimp.

I emailed the program for a status update and got a quick response, which I appreciated. Congrats to those that were admitted!

Rejection had a note thanking me for my application, which is nice, but I was desperate for a waitlist if just for my fragile little ego.

Received the "Status Update" email with a link redirecting me to the portal. Nice little touch of adding confetti and streamers to the acceptance letter. Offer is not fully funded but does include a paid TAship and two fellowships (one being the Diversity Recruitment Fellowship, the other a one-time fellowship from the English dept.). Unfortunately, I'll be turning this offer down as I've already committed to a different program. 5a/1w/4r/1p
