I emailed them yesterday to check on the status, received an email back saying (TL;DR) I am rejected.

Rejected from waitlist. Kind, encouraging email was much appreciated.

Rejected off the waitlist. I e-mailed the DGS and got a reply from someone in the graduate admissions office: "I am so sorry but we are unable to extend any more offers of admissions for this year. I am in the process of contacting those on the wait list this afternoon. We had so many highly qualified applicants and a limited number of spaces. I truly wish you all the best in this next phase of your career. You have so much to offer and I am quite certain you will be a tremendous asset wherever you go."

Has anyone heard back from the IU waitlist? Or have any information about it at all?

About time! I've already accepted an offer from another university, but it's definitely been frustrating not having heard. I'm still waiting to hear from one more. (eyeroll)

Was waitlisted, now rejected

I emailed them three weeks ago asking for a status update, they finally emailed me back saying "Our incoming class has been filled. I wish I have better news for you." Who takes 3 weeks to reply to emails? You've got to be kidding me? And on top of that why not send out rejections already? Do we have to beg for an update after paying our application fees? For Christ sake

No GRE; 2 years undergraduate research; declined offer and decided to go to Georgia State

Please turn down the offer if you don't plan on going, I am on spot #1 on the waitlist! Director said still haven't heard back from most people but are not expecting to send out another round. I just hope enough people turn down so they will admit 1 or 2 more people from the waitlist. So please decline if you are not going.

Accepted into their Neuroscience and Psychological and Brain Sciences Program

Will be leaving the waitlist pool tonight as I officially committed to another school- good luck to everyone else on the waitlist! I reached out back in late February and was told that I would be informed of my status (accept/reject) before April 15th so hopefully you all will be hearing soon!
