Kindly ignore interview. Has anyone heard back from either the Chemical Engineering PhD or the Environmental Engineering PhD?

4.0 GPA from T15 US University, 2 years of research experience, one first-author publication, multiple conference presentations and two presentation awards, didn't take GRE. Interviewed with department on 1/3, got a phone call from a professor notifying me of my acceptance on 1/12. Still in shock!!

An email inviting me to tour the campus and meet with professors. Email stressed that it was not an interview, but helps ensure a good fit. Undergrad in chem and math. Currently completing master's in ChemE. Both programs culminate in a thesis. Internal presentations.

Got an email with a letter detailing offer and funding information, signed off by the head of the department. 2 years of research experience, several conference presentations and a first author publication in preparation.

Got a congratulations e mail this morning that says I will be getting an official acceptance letter in a few weeks.
