Received an email thanking for applying and the usual "limited spots"

Online Information Session invite received

This was expected. Had a relatively weak interview as my background did not align directly to the faculty's research interests.

Disappointing, but long term probably wasn't the best fit for my research interests.

Accepted today, need to secure an advisor and funding. Pretty surprised honestly.

I received full funding for my Masters with the Ph.D. program at ISAE France (Renowned European University for Aerospace, few might be familiar). But I am waiting for my Ph.D. Application results from Ivy League schools and some top schools in the USA. I am supposed to send my decision within few days to ISAE with a down payment. But I can't make an informed decision without knowing the results of other US schools. IShould I wait for the US Universities results with confidence or secure this admission as a backup option by making the payment? For the record, I have good GPA, 4 Research experiences, 3 Publications, and some other accomplishments. Overall a decent profile for any Ivy League school. If anyone got any suggestions, please post your comments regarding this. Help!!!!!!!!!

Email invited me to the graduate student open house and said I was among the top PhD applicants.

Interview with POI

to the post asking about international admission: I am an international applicant and did not hear back after interview in early Jan. Just curious, does the status of being international make a difference in the admission process for Princeton?

TTPB, I haven't received any news from the department. No contact with the Professor.

Email to check website. Can't believe it.

Did any international applicant get a notification regarding admission status?

email from 2 PIs.

Admitted with departmental fellowship for 1 year.

TTP admitted recently at Purdue WL with 1 yr Fellowship. Can you share your profile and field of specialization under Mechanical.
