Old IIT, 2 yrs work exp. 326, 115. Expected a waitlist, sad!

Are all decisions from MS ML out? I have not received any emails from them yet.

MCDS. Top 30 undergrad from the US, 2 years of SWE experience.

Rejected from MSML. First-class honours from top 15 UK university

MSCDS. Very disappointed. Have any international students (especially from India) gotten through? It seems only US nationals have. Because all of them state 'undergrad from top 50/ top 10'. I had a stellar profile with 3 publications and 3 more submitted. Very disappointed because of the time and effort that I put in. I have a very high cgpa as well.

To all the admits, can some one share link for common group ?

So sad. I just got the result. It seems that CMU ML sent the rej before ac because I have not seen any ac here.

TTPB: Saying good luck has no consequence on another's admittance. It's courtesy. And acceptance into these programs is often based on luck. You could be completely qualified and get rejected. Often, admissions committees make mistakes. How many people get admitted each year, how many finish their PhD and how many are successful at research? You honestly don't think acceptance into this program means your H-index is guaranteed to break 100, let alone 50. There's always a bell curve, or more fittingly a pareto distribution with grad student quality. ;) Hope you're the latter.

Saying Good luck to others doesn't make any sense since admissions is zero sum.
