Pretty surprising. I've taken about 10 CS courses at UCLA and received A+ or A in all of them lol. Will be going to Stanford anyway, but def butthurt about this one

Got an email informing me that a decision made on my UCLA portal. I've received a couple acceptances, so something about the tone of the email was different and I could see the rejection coming before I saw it officially on the portal. The email also came at 11:08pm (PT), I feel like people don't send out good news at that time. Disappointed, was a dream school. Still waiting to hear from UC Berkeley.

Undergrad from reputed Uni- ( two journal publications (first author) + two A* conferences (first author) ) - ( 1 years work experience as a data scientist + few months as a research assistant)-(multiple Uni. projects). I am so hurt😔
